Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & No-Shows Every seat at our events matters, which is why all ticket purchases are non-refundable. Open play is built around full tables, and when a seat goes empty without notice, it changes the game for everyone else at the table. If something comes up and you can't make an event you've registered for, let us know at least 24 hours beforehand. That gives us time to offer your seat to someone on the waitlist. We know life happens; we just need that heads up to try to fill your seat for someone else. A note on tables American mahjong plays best with four, and we do everything we can to keep every table full — including a waitlist to fill last-minute gaps. That said, attendance shifts, and once in a while a table will play with two or three. It's still a good time, and it's part of open play. Photography Heads-up: we photograph and film our events for social media and marketing. By joining us, you're okay with appearing in those photos and videos. If you'd rather not be featured, just let us know when you arrive — we're always happy to keep you out of frame.
