Mahjong 101 Lesson

You don't need to know a single thing about Mahjong to walk in the door. Mahjong 101 is our beginner class, built for people who've always wanted to learn American Mahjong and just needed someone to slow down and explain it.

We'll cover the basics: the tiles, the wall, the Charleston, and how to actually read the NMJL card — the stuff that makes mahjong feel less like a secret language and more like a game you can play. No experience needed. No judgment for asking the same question twice.

By the end, you'll have played through the Charleston, built hands, and played real rounds at a real table. Come solo, come with a friend, come because you've been meaning to for years.
